To be honest, my opinion changes weekly. Just when I start to appreciate the area, I hear that someone's catalytic converter has been sawed off their vehicle by tweakers. Sure, its a good value from a monetary perspective, but how nice is the area in general? That is what I will explore with this blog. Enjoy.
